How do I pay?

You can pay with your regular debit card or credit card. Select 'STRIPE' as mode of payment. No extra fees charged. Don't worry, your transaction is perfectly safe as we do not store your card's data. Your data is encrypted and stored safely inside Stripe's website.

OR you can also make an offline Bank Transfer into our Maybank account. The instructions are inside your Admin Panel when you make the payment.

Can I change my MyVKad and Admin Panel to Bahasa Melayu?

Sure. Of course. To change language to your preferred language, just click the icon 'EN' at top-right corner inside your Admin Panel, click and select 'MS' or 'MALAY'. Or vice-versa.

Can I upgrade my plan before my yearly duration is up?

That would be no problem. If you decided to upgrade your plan, just contact us. We will pro-rate your payment based on the months you utilised. You just have to pay for the new plan MINUS the pro-rated price. That's all. Fair price. We won't overcharge you.
